We do not quote accurate fees without an assessment. Is root canal treatment painful?

Modern RCT is done under local anaesthesia so the tooth is numb. Most people feel pressure or vibration, not sharp pain. We work gently, use rotary techniques where appropriate, and can pause if you need a break. After treatment, mild soreness for a day or two is common and usually manageable with guidance we provide.
